Remixing the Archive: Virtual Teen Workshop presented in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Photography (MoCP)

How do images shape our understanding of current and historical events? In this live virtual workshop we will explore artworks from two current exhibitions Anthem (Weinberg/Newton Gallery) and What Does Democracy Look Like? The American Civil Liberties Union was founded in 1920 and is our nation's guardian of liberty. It works in the courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
The ACLU of Illinois believes that the ability to cast a ballot should be universal and not be limited by suppressive efforts targeting people because of their income, their location, their age, or their political beliefs.
